More Grls
More Grls is an initiative created in 2018 by Laura Florence and Camila Moletta with the aim of becoming the first roadmap to female talent in advertising, design and content in Brazil.
I directed the Film-Manifesto to the launch campaign and also became part of the board of supporters. The platform is a tool that helps women achieve more exposure, not only for job opportunities, but also for awards, festivals and interviews.
After two years, More Grls already has had a tangible impact on the advertising and communication industry in Brazil.
